- If an employee is no longer on active payroll due to a maternity leave, LTD or other type of event, the plan can be temporarily suspended, if required or an alternate payment method can be arranged.
- If an employee leaves, the ESP is portable and only the payment method may need to be changed.

Customized Marketing
At GEMC, we want to help. We provide the ESP product and service, but it's a benefit from you to your employees.
What we ask from you is your support to provide an official endorsement and to allow us access to distribute communiqués through your internal channels.
