There are two basic program options:

1. Company Sponsored / Employee Deposits: The employee enrolls his/her child in the plan and payroll deductions are made from the employee's pay or the employee 's contributions are through pre-authorized monthly deductions taken from their bank accounts, or
   
   
2. Company Sponsored / Company and Employee Deposits: The employee enrolls his/her child in the plan and both the employee and the employer make payroll contributions (the employee electing how much they will contribute.) If the employer has elected to contribute to the employee's child's ESP the employer's contributions become a taxable benefit.

• Global does not impose unnecessary education qualifying rules in addition to those specified by the government.
